Hi,

please add SMTPUTF8 support on the SMTP server level and detection of some SMTPUTF8-related problems. I'll file separate issues for each issue to be detected; this issue is for being able to receive MAIL FROM:<grå@grå.org> SMTPUTF8 so that the issues can be detected at all.
