Login auth error

[21:09:01 ERR] System.Exception: Authentication failed. 403042 Forbidden Invalid LoginID

I have a dodge, I know this is considered experimental but I'd like to put in development time to get this working.

Is an email address for the account a valid LoginID ?? Or is there another parameter I should be using?

@skisky89 yes email is the correct login id. does it work with https://connect.dodge.com/ ? if yes which region and country you selected ?

if the website is working then we should get the addon fixed to make it work with dodge 😀

Thanks for reaching out!! I can login to the dodge connect website with the URL you're using... However the data on the site was not loading. Data on the Android Dodge and Uconnect app does load. I wonder what's going on here. Dodge must be doing something sloppy.

at least the login should work. but if the website does not see the car its maybe an old uconnect version that only works trough mopar.com (which is a completely different service and will not work).

but we can try to fix the login issue first. is the car from usa or canada ?

This is a USA Challenger, purchased in the USA. Sticker says made in Canada. Interesting, I'll look into the login more closely.

i will try to fix the login. i think this combinations just uses the default urls and endpoints and that does not work. i need to create a us dodge fake account and inspect the urls which uconnect is using. do you have set region to america und brand to dodge in the settings ?

I have, my android phone is rooted. So I can look at DNS requests it makes when I login in from the dodge or uconnect app, if that helps.

I see in the logs that the app does connect to the HAS mosquito broker, but the broker isn't showing new devices. Do you know if there's a bug in 3.1.1 of the broker??

does it find your car ? earlier you said website does not show your car. if the website does not see the car the addon does not see it too.

in the logs should be a line similar to "car found: 123456789abc" or turn debug on and see if vehicles array is empty or not.
