Update to ansible 2.4 to use new modules from it

I have a project where I need pyenv. There is a great role for it in Ansible Galaxy here https://galaxy.ansible.com/eendroroy/pyenv/ but it requires import_tasks module which is new in ansible 2.4 https://docs.ansible.com/ansible/2.4/import_tasks_module.html. WunderMachina uses ansible 2.3. Please update to ansible 2.4.
