Create initial Lando Drupal package

1. Let's copy the current Lando setup from https://github.com/wunderio/drupal-project
2. Adjust folder structure a bit so that there's distinction between files from the package and where developer can add his own custom scripts eg .lando/* files to ./lando/core/ and custom code could be put into .lando/custom/
3. Add readme and set cases, what's included in the current setup
