Only the licence_request.bin is received.. How to fix it ?

My phone is Samsung M01.. Android 10 and CDM v.15..
I tried a lot to use this.. but only get licence_request.bin file.. How to fix this.. Also O added the libwhidl.so file along with this.. please help me..
