Looks like word wrapping near ^A doesn't add a space when it merges a previous line with a new line, it should do this.

[^C]9J>[^C]5 How did everyone fare through the great pre Christmas weather we just had.[^C]0
[^C]9J>[^C]5 Being on Cape Cod, we were hunkered down for a big power outage (no[^C]0
[^C]9J>[^C]5 generator yet). Anyhow, I cooked dinner last night and lit a hefty fire in[^C]0
[^C]9J>[^C]5 the fireplace. No sooner than I finished making the meal, the power[^C]0
[^C]9J>[^C]5 failed. We ate dinner by[^C]0
[^C]9J>[^C]5 LED and fireplace. We were starting to get the longjohns on for the temp[^C]0
[^C]9J>[^C]5 drop and the power came back on. Only one hour without power because it[^C]0
[^C]9J>[^C]5 was a tree[^C]0
[^C]9J>[^C]5 limb that compromised 18 houses and the response time was uncanny.[^C]0
[^C]9J>[^C]5 Unfortunately here, the main reason for power outages is an intoxicated[^C]0
[^C]9J>[^C]5 person in a pickup truck taking out a utility pole. And this happens all[^C]0
[^C]9J>[^C]5 year long :O[^C]0
The majority of the storm was here in MD on Thursday night into Friday. We[^A]
went from 57 degrees at 1am Friday morning to 3 degrees Saturday morning. Very[^A]
high wind gusts and lots of rain, that changed to ice/snow for a bit, but[^A]
didn't accumulate to anything.
Our power blipped off/on about 8 times on Friday. The UPS units got a workout[^A]
here that day, for sure. I have all the servers and main PCs on UPS units[^A]
here so everything stays online unless we drop power for longer than 20 or so[^A]
minutes which fortunetly is rare.

Possibly in parsed_message.cpp line 215?
