in a networked sub with network validation required, posts that are validated don't get sent out

as a sub host, when posts arrive over the network, they are marked unvalidated until the host sysop/co-sysop validates them.
i tested posting from a subscriber node, and got the post over the network on my host node. i validated the post, but it was not sent out.

yes. the sub was marked as validation required.

i'm doing parallel tests with a sub that doesn't require validation. testing if the posts that come in get re-distributed to the other nodes.
