net_number not stored in type-2 messages.

type-2 storage message bases all have net_number == 0 in stored data. not important yet, but if sub is gated, it may be important. also, network number might/should reflect source network of original message.

Looks like it's only set on newly created messages. That's strange and likely a bug in the network stack.
