Improved search

Enhance the sophistication of the search function such that:

Accents are stripped so that users don't have to input them in the search.

Searching for Ganglat with return Gånglåt från Äpplebo

Apostrophes don't affect search results

Searching for Miss Forbes will return Miss Forbes'

Strip Leading "The"

Searching for "The old drove road" will return "old drove road, the"

Allow lists in Database?

Allow lists of tune names which are valid and allow any in list?
