Is there a native WebUI for mkvtoolnix? If run app in X Window System then access from Web browser, this will result in a bloated image and resource-hungry. Not suitable for Heroku.
Perhaps the best solution is adding mkvtoolnix command line tools in dockerfile, and edit content/bashrc to include alias for ease of use in command line.
