what is "rails-app1"?

Hi there, in your readme, you mention that the json should have 3 sections. I am confused what the "hipchat_run_on parameter should be - in your example you specify the value to be ""rails-app1" is that the name of the hipchat room? The Opsworks App name? Not sure what it is.. please clarify - thanks
