Updating DOOR page to be functional

I know we have some datarefs already established and created for the door page of the lower ECAM. It was there before you started working with it, not sure if you deleted it or not. Let me know which datarefs you use, and send them over to me, because they'll be needed for animation purposes.

I haven't touched the DOOR page yet but I do plan on bringing up to the same format as the rest of the pages.
