services.py yields >>No module named 'win32serviceutil'

Seems that the lib is not part of scapy (at least at the time of this post). Should include pywin32 at the requirements file.

Thank you for pointing out, pywin32 should make everything work on Windows.
I've updated the requirements.txt.
