When I check Generate New Report in the Youth Academy Section, FIFA is crashing. Can you tell me how to proceed ??

What is the attribute that defines a player to raise or lower their ovr, for example, there are players who from the bank raise their ovr and others not because they play much manage to upload, there are those who climb faster than others, or those from 30 onwards who begin to lower your ovr, what attribute is it that you have to configure for a player to quickly upload his ovr?
