Help needed

The backup mod keeps saying backup failed, even though it was working a few days ago, what can I do to get it working again?

Is your drive's file system NTSF? Beyond checking this, you can reach out to the mod's author directly over: https://github.com/Fadenfire/Backups-Mod/issues

I'm not sure, how can I check if it is?

If you are on Windows, you can check by right clicking the Drive and clicking Properties, it should say File system: NTSF

It is NTSF, do you know what can I do to fix the problem?

I'm not sure what is the issue, so I'd recommend you to reach out to the mod author in the link I sent above.

I did, but the last time they responded to an error report for it was 3 years ago, and I'm starting to get chunk errors where random cubes of cobblestone and dirt are popping up randomly and I'm not sure what to do, any advice you can give would be welcome.

They have responded to issues last year?
That error is odd, perhaps save corruption - have you tried reverting to a working world backup?
