Need a variant for K16V3 and FPP V4/5 Receiver Protocol

Not sure how to implement this, but with a K16V3 (and possibly V2) there is no way to implement the V4/5 standard for smart receivers. This allows you to see efuse data from smart receivers equipped with efuses. Currently, after upload, you have to go into FPP and manually change them to V4/5. Not a deal breaker, but it would be a nice option.

From my understanding, K16AB V2 and V3 are the only ones compatible with Falcon Receivers V4/5. So either 2 controllers F16AB V1.x and F16AB V2/V3 or a variant of K16AB for V2/3.
