Error with installing requirements.

I can't install requirements, here's the message:

I fixed that issue by upgrading PIP, upgrading pip for python fixes that error

See the issue is these kids have no clue what upgrading pip means and they always use their main account instead of an alt and think their account got hacked when they can't log back in
