Resolve formatting issues in Dev

• Padding on the right side of the text box is off.
• Set max height for long text.
• Disable zooming in/out -- maybe make this a feature that saves to local storage.
• Figure out a better place to put the formatting pane.
• Add title and repo URL to pop-up.
• Add some sort of notification when the context menu item is clicked -- probably a toast notification.
