I think that there is an issue with the signals coming at the last timestamp (sometimes) which are jumped. Therefore, sometimes we observed "signals" at 2 times the standard time. It has been proved with the RSA signals, and the scalar coming from the function kicker_times, i.e. the signal coming at 60 seconds are actually 2 signals coming at 30 seconds.
We have to recheck how to solve it.
