Add an option to control whether the "output" panel pops up when formatting

I found that the "output" panel pops up when I try to format my code. It sometimes tells that there are some errors in my compile_commands.json, sometimes not. But I am not care about these errors. So is there any plan to add such option to control this behavior? Thank you a lot.
