VCRUNTIME140_1.dll is not found

After Registering, Downloading the Xaya wallet, and installing the game I am getting a system error quoted "VCRUNTIME140_1.dll is not found" and the game will not start without it. I have reinstalled 4 times and looked through Github for the file to download separate but was unable to find such a file. Any help would be useful.

found a vcruntime file on dll files . c o m and it worked just plopped it into the taurion file folder and presto
