Please rename the "add-ons" entry on the main menu to something more relevant

As seen on the above screenshot, there is an "addons" entry on the main menu. When clicked, it leads to program addons. Thus, I think it's label is missleading and it should say "programs" (or whatever it said up to the kodi 17 version). Else, it should lead to the addons browser or the addons settings in preferences

The screenshot was taken from my pi zero, with libreelec 9.0, kodi 18.0 and confluence 4.5.14 (and greek locale).

For reference, this is how it looks on the quartz skin and, when clicking settings, it leads straight to settings > addons.
That screenshot was taken from my pc, with debian testing x64, kodi 18.1 and quartz 5.4.6 (and english locale). I switched it to the english locale because quartz also translates "addons" to "προσθετα" (greek translation of addons).
