Add-ons submenu

Hi,
I really don't like this Add-ons submenu you've included in version 4.6.3. It would be nice if an option to disable this addition were included. I can get to all those submenu choices in System. I don't need immediate access to them.

I've bitched enough, I suppose. It was just surprising when suddenly that submenu was there. I thought my LibreELEC RPi had gone haywire. I was ready to reinstall, but decided to come to your github first. Glad I did.
