why can't i sync my id ??? please help me

Im litterally doing the correct but i still can't login in ... is there a way to get my bookmarks without login in ?

i just need my bookmarks more than the app or the id even tho i really liked it But the app disappointed me

This happens to me every few months. It stops accepting my password basically and hence I'm not able to login.

The 1st time around i thought I misplaced the password. The 2nd time around, i made sure i took note of the server, ID and password. Yet after almost 3 months, it stops accepting my password.

Had to create another Sync ID.

Pls resolve this issue.

Same thing is happening to me and it started around Aug/Sep 2022. I'm on my third sync ID and I know I'm entering the correct service URL, ID, and password. I'm using Firefox on Linux and Windows.

The odd thing is that I have a sync ID working on one computer where I logged in over a month ago but it won't accept the sync ID-password on a different computer. I suspect that once I sign out or it randomly disconnects me then I won't be able to re-connect.

It used to work flawlessly 😞

Flawlessly? How long ago? I've only used it for 1+ to 2 years but it has never worked for me. Always had to get Sync ID and sync. Luckily I have my bookmarks backed up on Google, Firefox & xBrowserSync

@kenethc I would say it was running without issues definitely for a year. It worked across different operating systems and browsers.

When I download the log file (App Icon > Gear Icon > Download log) I get the output below. I don't see clues on why it won't accept the syncID and password combo. It just says [error] followed by a lot of references to moz-extension

I masked the syncID with 00000...
