Add Bluetooth manager to ConnectivyService

We should include Bluetooth methods for getting and knowing if the user is connected to bluetooth device

QA Steps:

• Disable Bluetooth
• Go to Edit moment in Music moment and add a new Bluetooth. You should see a message for connecting Bluetooth in your cellphone
• Enable Bluetooth and added your headphone
• Save the moment
• Turn on your headphones and Music moment should be activated automatically
• Turn off your headphones and the previous moment should be activated
• Go to profile and synchronize your device
• Logout
• Go to wizard a load new devices that you was using
• Go to Edit moment in Music and the Bluetooth device should appear
