OverthereFile.listFiles() does not return hidden files on SSH/SCP connections

When invoking OverthereFile.listFiles() on an SSH/SCP connection, hidden files (with names starting with a period) are not returned. The same goes for SSH/SUDO and SSH/INTERACTIVE_SUDO connections.
