Use the WSMAN/HOST SPN instead of HTTP/HOST:PORT for Kerberos authentication to WinRM

Overthere 2.0.0 requires the user to run the setspn command to configure the HTTP/HOST:PORT SPN's for Kerberos authentication to Windows. Change the implementation to use the WSMAN/HOST SPN's that are automatically configured by WinRM.
