Recent problem with gnome fractional scaling

Hi,
I use this app via flatpak on a fedora silverblue. I have set up gnome to use experimental fractional scaling at 150%.
Everything was working very well, whatsapp scaled perfectly.
Since few days, the app is totaly broken if I launch it with fractional scaling, I have to put zoom back to 100% to use it, and the UI is of course very small.
Is there a way to revert to the old behaviour?

Sorry, it was a flatseal permission problem.
