Link to the scale missing in export. Scala export state doesn't persist

nice SCL export dialog, I looked at its full glory
do you think making the cents precision value persistent useful? (now it resets to 6 each time; and I’m on the fence about if it’s needed)

also I see a bug in actual export, look at this “undefined”, is it supposed to be a link to the scale?
