ERROR can´t edit questions/ changes do not work

When I edit a question, I am unable to save the correct answer selection.
I select correct answer, then when I hit save question, the correct answer check box gets cleared.
Now whenever I edit a question, the correct answer checkbox gets cleared.
Any ideas why??
Front Page : two checkboxes were aktivated and now there are hundrets.
Questions : Multiple coice. The check is lost. After edit and save. -> the check is lost again.
Need help. What can I do to solve this Problem?
