Mod Loader incompatible

I bought this game just recently and downloaded the latest version yet which is for like 1 month ago. I also installed VC. The loader will not load once it is launched with steam. When I try to launch with Ubisoft I get this error. with direct exe, nothing happens usually, although I got the same error once from all the time, that game failed to launch without any error.

Most recent version of game is 16.1, while the lastest Mod Loader release was compatibile with 16.0. Maybe that's the reason.
