We need a logo!

Created a new logo here: https://files.shendrick.net/projects/chaskis/assets/icon.png
It is a rainbow C that surrounds "IRC". The 'C' being the first letter in Chaskis.
Since Chaskis is named after the Chasqui, who were part of the Inca empire, the C is the same colors as the Flag of Cusco (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flag_of_Cusco), which is considered to be the flag of the Inca Empire.
Updated nuget packaging. Now we just need to wait for the next release for it to show up in the package manager.
