We allow running Chaskis through docker (both Windows and Linux). This makes things easier to deploy.

Might need to change the build strategy though so it makes chaskis.dll instead of chaskis.exe. Guess we'll find out!

Need to switch to dotnet core first.

All docker files created, and seem to be running smoothly. Closing!
