切换过 com or cn, 都感觉是这个数字.

如果是开了下载语音感觉很慢，可以把语音关掉（voice:none或者local）
如果还是很慢的话可能是网络问题（比如dns之类），也可能翻译的句子比较长
目前可能暂时没有很好的办法解决.

加了socks_proxy，如果延迟长可以试试切换域名+代理，正常单词，短句翻译试了一下应该在1-2s

上次是也使用了代理 正常我开我的surge 就可以翻译了 不要开增强模式
现在关键问题来了 在公司办公需要开公司的原生VPN
开了公司的VPN（easyconnect）我发现设置socket proxy 业务进行翻译了
只开surge的情况下 socket proxy 是可以翻译的
