shadow: allow bypassing via XGO_SHADOW_BYPASS=true

xgo shadow allows user to integrate xgo with IDE and related plugins.

Usually user add the shadow path to PATH variable globally via ~/.bash_profile or ~/.zshrc, that will affect all projects.

Sometimes some project should bypass xgo individually, so adding XGO_SHADOW_BYPASS=true to support such needs.
