According to recent trials,
- On MIT supercloud, the viewer can be correctly created but the notebook cannot render the javascript object correctly. A simple test is based on http://datanongrata.com/2021/01/27/simple-workaround-to-display-3d-structures-in-a-notebook/, which doesn't rely on the installation of py3Dmol
- (Seems to be my personal issues?) When using VS code, the
interact_XX
method in the GaussianLog class cannot be launched whileview_XX
can.

After some investigation, the viewer doesn't work on MIT supercloud due to MIT supercloud has no internet connection on computing nodes. Since Py3Dmol relies on javascript hosted on a specific URL, the viewer stop working of course. Implementing a workaround can be helpful but is irrelevant to this issue.
The second issue can no longer be reproduced.
