Each culture should get a special tactic that is more likely to trigger with their cultural retinue.

Gaulish should get Thunderous Charge, more likely for Lugovites.

Briton's and Copts could get Chariot Encirclement, requires Charioteer special unit (need to make that...); super good during pursuit phase, slightly good during Skirmish, terrible in melee and abyssmal in retreat.
