Fix the game_view ui

Preferrable want to stack the move history on top of the chat? similar to chess.com ui??

it must be you austin you messed it up by adding those buttons!!!!
My idea for this css was:
obviouly centered but yeah, idk where you would put the resign and draw buttons here, I think chess.com does it inbetween chat and move history. Feel free to do what u want, but try to use rem for everything except borders and box-shadows, and if possible not straight up numbers for measurements of size except for mins and maxes. But if it works it works!!!
