Windows console and unicode

If you need to use non-ASCII characters in the Windows console and you are getting errors or warning messages when using isbntools you should setup and configure your Windows console to use unicode by default before using isbntools!
isbntools tries to make this for you but cannot fix all the issues in some systems.
