[Feature]: boot up xline from env variables

Description about the feature

Currently, Xline is primarily launched using command-line parameters and configuration files. This method is not very conducive to containerized startup. We can enable Xline to obtain startup parameters from corresponding environment variables, allowing the container's Xline startup behavior to be modified by setting environment variables for the container.
