Update library and plugin versions

Fix some minor build warnings

  • missing version in build-helper-maven-plugin
  • missing src/test/java folder in kmolecules-ddd maven module

I've unpacked the changes and registered dedicated commits for the dependency updates. Also, I kept the version numbers of the build plugins with the plugin declaration, as I usually update them with the Maven Versions Plugin anyway. Thanks for the contribution!
