How to be sure, the pull's job is valid, and block not found, when share submitted?

How to be sure, the job is valid, and this is not a some invalid job, from some another coin?
Can you show the block-height, and range of hashes to bruteforce, for the current job, when this job is accepted?

Also, how to be sure, that block is not found, when share is submitted?
If I do solo-mining on the pool, of course, I want to see the share, where block is found,
because this share is just like another share, and pool can get reward for this, but not publish this.
Or also, the pool can just send the job to do mining an another coin, like your donate, by the same scheme.
But donate-server is available in the miner, and we can see this,
and no any problems with this, and this is not a dirty-mining, this is declared.
