Coinbase wallet opens instead of MetaMask

To reproduce:
- Ensure you are signed out
- Have both Coinbase Wallet and MetaMask extensions installed in Chrome
- Tap MetaMask and notice Coinbase Wallet opens (even if signed in via MM)
Ideas to resolve: Should we collapse these two buttons into one "Browser wallet" button? Are there other solutions?
