What is the current behavior?
Scroll show, then hide, then show, then hide in cycle
Example:
To reproduce bug, change paddingBottom to fit browser height.

Correct calculations
Which versions of react-scrollbars-custom, React, and which browser / OS are affected by this issue? Did this work in previous versions of react-scrollbars-custom?
