Support passing .binlog files directly

Hey @xoofx, first let me say this library is fantastic, it's simple and reliable. 🚀

It would be really handy to be able to expose the ability to pass the binlog file directly, that way if there is anything with a build that goes beyond the basics there is the ability to switch to take ownership of the build step and just supply the binlog.
