Request: Warning Sign

Hi Xorann,

i have a request for the Warning Sign. Can you make an option to Enable/Disable that or an option to adjust this?

Hey Mixus

Thanks for the request. It's actually something I wanted to do for quite some time.
I added the options to scale the icon, set the transparency and disable the plugin completly.
In addition I revised all boss modules to make sure the warning sign does not show up when the option is disabled (e.g. blizzard on twin emps).
