Discharging faster than charging

All of a sudden, my unit is no longer charging/powering my device sufficiently. It will charge while it's powered off, but when on, the rate of discharge is higher than the rate of charge, and my Pi4 keeps shutting down.
I know enough to know I don't know enough to diagnose the issue myself. I have eliminated any extra USB power draws that aren't necessary, to the point that the only thing enable at this point are the ethernet connection, and the USB cable going to my 3D printer.
