NCSDIS: --list is not default

In ncsdis, the NCS disassembler, if none of --list, --assembly or --dot are given, ncsdis just spits out "Invalid command".
Instead, if none are given, --list should be the default, and ncsdis should provide a full listing of the disassembly.
