Installation: If no OS is selected, no guide for compiling is shown

if you don't select an operating system, the clickable text with this guide only reloads the page.
Not sure if that is intended; I was quite confused what I should to when I tried to get the guide to show up.
I'm attaching an image so it's clear which part I'm referring to.
