Update Windows cache folder location on "File Locations" page

Try entering this into explorer address bar: C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache\xournalpp\errorlogs
The INetCache directory normally isn't visible.

AFAIK the path listed in the guide is outdated since Windows Vista and if it worked it probably was due to some compatibility symlinks.
